Enterprise SaaS dashboard on a laptop screen

B2B SaaS design has one job: make complex software feel effortless.

We design B2B SaaS products and brand systems for enterprise software founders : from dashboard architecture and design systems to the brand that earns enterprise trust.

B2B SaaS UX isn't about delight. It's about reducing the cost of adoption.

Enterprise software gets adopted when it's understood immediately by people who didn't ask for it and resisted it before they had to use it. That's the real UX challenge in B2B SaaS : not making the product beautiful, but making it so clear that onboarding resistance collapses.

Every extra click in an enterprise workflow is a ticket to support. Every ambiguous dashboard metric is a question asked in a meeting instead of a decision made from data. Every inconsistent UI pattern across modules is a training session that shouldn't have been required.

B2B SaaS design that reduces cognitive load doesn't just improve NPS : it reduces churn, accelerates enterprise deal velocity, and makes your product defensible against cheaper competitors who built features without building comprehension.

Notez-Nous chose Brand Appart to lead our rebranding project, including a full website and platform redesign. The boost in credibility has significantly improved our ability to close deals

We'd seen other agencies lock everything down two rounds of feedback, then pay more. With Brand Appart, the flexibility was real. That's why we chose them. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The rebranding landed exactly where we wanted it to, and the feedback we've gotten externally has been overwhelmingly positive. We're a demanding team, with moving targets and tight timelines. It still went well. That says a lot.

We knew Brand Appart's work before reaching out the creativity was obvious. And the final result delivered exactly that. The team adapted to how we work: fast, informal, no unnecessary calls. That made the whole collaboration genuinely smooth. What stood out most was the quality of the output. When we saw the new version, the whole team was back in love with the project. That kind of energy is hard to manufacture it just happened naturally. We're very happy with what was built.

I’ve worked with Brand Appart on multiple projects website development, landing pages for branding, and PowerPoint presentations. I love how flexible, fast, and professional the team is. That speed and agility are exactly what we needed at Ircam Amplify.
Alexis BotayaManaging director @Sound Experience
We had a family brand that hadn't evolved since 2013. Handing it over to an external agency was a real leap of faith. What struck me most is that the team held their ground without ever steamrolling mine. I pushed back on certain directions early on. They stood firm, explained their choices, reassured me and looking back, they were right. Feedback is well received, adjustments are fast, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys working on the project. That makes all the difference. We're now moving into a year-long collaboration.

Frequently
asked questions

Do you design for multi-tenant SaaS products?

Yes. Role-based access, permission hierarchies, and organization-level customization are design challenges we've solved across multiple enterprise products. Multi-tenancy isn't a technical afterthought : it's a UX architecture decision that needs to be right from the first component.

Can you work within an existing design system?

Yes. Many B2B SaaS engagements involve auditing and extending an existing Figma library rather than starting from scratch. We document what's missing, standardize what's inconsistent, and build what's needed.

How do you handle enterprise-specific UX requirements like accessibility and localization?

Accessibility (WCAG AA compliance) is a standard deliverable on all enterprise engagements. Localization architecture is scoped per project : we design with RTL and multi-language requirements in mind from the component level up if it's in scope.

Your SaaS product's UX is either accelerating growth or fighting it.
