Two ways to buy design. One team behind both.

Take us on for a single project, or keep the team on a monthly subscription you size yourself. Both start with the same 30-minute call.

Pay for one project, or keep the team on a monthly.

One project

You know what you need, and it has an end.

A rebrand, a website, a fundraising deck, a product launch. We scope it, price it once, and deliver it. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, one number agreed before anything starts.

  • One price, agreed up front. No hourly billing
  • A team assembled around that one deliverable
  • Weekly checkpoints, not a black box for six weeks
  • 100% of the IP transfers to you on delivery
  • Credited against month one if you subscribe afterwards

Trusted by 40+ founders since 2021

Book a discovery call

On Demand

You need design continuously, and hiring a team is nine months away.

A senior design team on a monthly subscription, sitting inside your Slack. You reserve a volume of days each month and send requests as they come.

  • One flat monthly, not a quote per request
  • The same people every month, and a project manager
  • Every request back in 48 hours
  • Eight disciplines available from one team
  • Cancel on 30 days’ notice, no exit fee

Book a discovery call

Size it yourself. We price it tomorrow.

Move the slider to the volume you think you need, untick the disciplines you don’t. The card shows the team that comes with it.

How much design lands per month10 days

A day is one senior designer’s time. Ten days is not one person for ten days: it is the team working across your requests.

Untick what you don’t need

Whichever route you take, this is what you get.

The team

Real people, not a pool.

The same designers month after month, a project manager who frames every request so you brief in one line, and one creative director steering all of it. How many of them there are is the one thing the volume changes.

The cycle

Every request back in 48 hours.

Production-grade work, not a moodboard. No discovery sprint that bills you for thinking.

The access

Inside your Slack from day two.

In your weeklies, in the thread, in the room. A monthly strategy review with a founder, not a status deck.

The scope

8 disciplines under one roof.

Brand, product, web, motion, video, ads, packaging, pitch decks. No more “who owns the brand?” between three vendors.

The terms

100% IP, cancel anytime.

Full transfer on delivery, NDA signed both ways on day one, 30 days’ notice and no exit fee.

Ask the founders, not the pricing page.

Thank you Brand Appart, I love working with you! Why? Simple: because you’re not just a service provider. You don’t work for us, you work with us and that makes all the difference.

We'd seen other agencies lock everything down two rounds of feedback, then pay more. With Brand Appart, the flexibility was real. That's why we chose them. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The rebranding landed exactly where we wanted it to, and the feedback we've gotten externally has been overwhelmingly positive. We're a demanding team, with moving targets and tight timelines. It still went well. That says a lot.

We had a family brand that hadn't evolved since 2013. Handing it over to an external agency was a real leap of faith. What struck me most is that the team held their ground without ever steamrolling mine. I pushed back on certain directions early on. They stood firm, explained their choices, reassured me and looking back, they were right. Feedback is well received, adjustments are fast, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys working on the project. That makes all the difference. We're now moving into a year-long collaboration.

We came in with an idea and a project. We left with everything we needed brand guidelines, logo, decks, the works. The quality of the work genuinely surprised us. From the first presentation, we were sold. The way Brand Appart explained their creative choices also made a real difference it actually shifted our perspective on certain decisions. Reactive, clear process, and a team that clearly understood the brief. Nothing to complain about.

Three ways to get design done. Two of them cost you more.

Brief an agency

A €25K quote per project. An account manager between you and the work. A “discovery sprint” that bills you for thinking. You’re case study #47.

≈ €25KPer one-shot project

Hire in-house

Nine months to recruit. Three salaries and agency fees on top. Months of ramp. And a brand person still is not a product person, so you need three or four, or you settle.

≈ €320KYear one, all in

Subscribe to Brand Appart

One senior team, eight disciplines, inside your Slack from day two. Brand and product owned by the same people, at the same table. One flat monthly you can stop with 30 days’ notice.

Frequently
asked questions

Should I buy a project or a subscription?

Buy a project when the work has an end: a rebrand, a site, a deck for a round. Buy the subscription when it does not: when there is design to do every week and the alternative is hiring. Most founders start with a project, see how the team works, and move onto the subscription once design stops being a one-off. If you start with a project and subscribe afterwards, the project fee is credited against your first month.

What exactly is a “day” in the subscription?

A day of one senior designer’s time. Ten days a month is not one person for ten days. It is the team working across your requests, and the slider on this page shows how many people that is and how many requests run at once. You never buy hours or file timesheets: the volume is what we size the subscription on, and after that you send requests and they come back in 48 hours.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because a number without your scope behind it is a guess, and you would spend the call arguing with it instead of telling us what you need. A Series A shipping one product and a Series C running four markets are not the same line item. We scope volume, disciplines and velocity together, then send one flat number by tomorrow. It does not move after that: no hourly billing, no surprises at the end of the month.

Alright, what order of magnitude?

Less than the ≈ €320K a first in-house design year costs you, and more committed than a ≈ €25K agency one-shot. That band is the honest answer, and it is why this page shows both. Where you land inside it depends on how much of the team you reserve. We will tell you on the call whether your budget and your ambition are in the same room, and say so plainly if they are not.

What is the minimum commitment?

None beyond the month you are in. The subscription runs rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice to stop, at any volume. Committing to a year gets you a better number, and that is a discount you choose, not a lock-in we impose. A one-shot project commits you to that project and nothing else.

What happens if I don’t use my whole budget?

Unused days roll over for up to three months, so a quiet August funds a loud September. And you can move the volume up or down between months as the year changes shape. That is the point of sizing it rather than picking a tier and living with it.

How is this different from hiring?

Hiring costs around €320K in year one and takes nine months, and one senior designer still does one thing at a time: a brand person is not a product person. This is a whole department, live in 48 hours, on a monthly you can stop.

How is this different from a classic agency?

A classic agency sells you a one-shot with an account manager between you and the work, and a new quote every time the brief moves. Here you get the strategic depth of an agency with the availability of an internal team, and you talk to the people who make the work.

How is this different from the big design subscription platforms?

Look at who they are built for. They exist to give a large enterprise marketing team more hands, across siloed services, from a big rotating pool. You are a startup that needs a design department it does not have to build. We give you one senior team that owns your brand and your product together.

What can I send the team?

Anything in the full creative stack: brand identity, product design (mobile, SaaS, design systems), web and Webflow, motion and video, paid creative, packaging, pitch decks, AI-assisted variant production. One creative director steers, so it stays coherent instead of drifting between vendors.

Can I change the volume mid-year?

Yes, at any month boundary. Most teams size down through a quiet quarter and back up when the roadmap loads, which is why the subscription is a volume rather than a tier. A one-shot project can also run alongside a subscription when a single moment needs its own team.

Who owns the work?

You do. 100% IP transfer, source files included, NDA signed both ways before the first brief. Nothing is held back as leverage at the end of a contract.
