A fintech design and branding agency for financial products.

In fintech, trust isn't a feature. It's the product. Brand Appart designs digital financial products : neobanking interfaces, payment apps, and fintech brand identities : for founders building the next generation of financial infrastructure.

Fintech design isn't just UX. It's compliance made invisible.

Financial products carry a trust burden that consumer apps don’t. Every design decision in a fintech interface : color, hierarchy, copy, flow : is read by users through the lens of "can I trust this with my money?" That question is always on. The design either answers it confidently or it doesn’t.

KYC flows that feel interrogative lose users before onboarding completes. Payment interfaces that feel ambiguous generate support tickets and churn.

Neobanking apps that look unpolished don’t get primary account status : they become the "experiment" account users open but never fund.

We design fintech products where compliance constraints become UX assets : where the identity verification feels like security, not friction. Where the transaction history feels like control, not a data dump. Where the brand earns trust before the first deposit.

Notez-Nous chose Brand Appart to lead our rebranding project, including a full website and platform redesign. The boost in credibility has significantly improved our ability to close deals

We'd seen other agencies lock everything down two rounds of feedback, then pay more. With Brand Appart, the flexibility was real. That's why we chose them. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The rebranding landed exactly where we wanted it to, and the feedback we've gotten externally has been overwhelmingly positive. We're a demanding team, with moving targets and tight timelines. It still went well. That says a lot.

We knew Brand Appart's work before reaching out the creativity was obvious. And the final result delivered exactly that. The team adapted to how we work: fast, informal, no unnecessary calls. That made the whole collaboration genuinely smooth. What stood out most was the quality of the output. When we saw the new version, the whole team was back in love with the project. That kind of energy is hard to manufacture it just happened naturally. We're very happy with what was built.

I’ve worked with Brand Appart on multiple projects website development, landing pages for branding, and PowerPoint presentations. I love how flexible, fast, and professional the team is. That speed and agility are exactly what we needed at Ircam Amplify.

We had a family brand that hadn't evolved since 2013. Handing it over to an external agency was a real leap of faith. What struck me most is that the team held their ground without ever steamrolling mine. I pushed back on certain directions early on. They stood firm, explained their choices, reassured me and looking back, they were right. Feedback is well received, adjustments are fast, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys working on the project. That makes all the difference. We're now moving into a year-long collaboration.

Frequently
asked questions

Do you understand financial regulations like KYC and AML?

We design within them. We're not compliance lawyers : but we've designed KYC flows, AML disclosure interfaces, and regulatory disclosure screens across multiple fintech products. The constraint is understood. The design makes it invisible.

Can you design for both B2C and B2B fintech products?

Yes. Consumer neobanking and B2B payment infrastructure have different trust mechanics and different UX priorities. We've designed for both : and the brief always starts with understanding which user is making which decision under which conditions.

What does a fintech branding agency do differently from a generalist one?

It treats trust as the brief. A fintech brand has to feel safe enough to hold someone's money and modern enough to be chosen over a bank, and every choice : name, color, typography, the tone of an error message : is read through that lens. A fintech branding agency also designs around regulated claims and compliance copy instead of discovering them at launch. We break down how ten companies handled it in our fintech branding examples.

Do you design fintech websites and UX, not only apps?

Yes. Fintech web design follows the same trust logic as the product: the site has to show the product working, make security and licensing visible without burying them, and keep the tone consistent with the app users will open next. We design the fintech UX across onboarding, KYC, and payments, and the marketing site that sells it. See our fintech website design examples and our Webflow website practice.

Do you work with early-stage fintech startups?

Yes : with a prerequisite. The regulatory and compliance scope of your product needs to be defined before design begins. Undefined compliance requirements mid-project are the most expensive form of scope change. We'll ask you to clarify that upfront.

Building a financial product users will actually trust?

Brand Appart works with fintech founders at the intersection of design craft and financial product reality. If trust-first design is a strategic priority : not an aesthetic one : this is the right conversation.
