Brand Appart writes, designs and produces launch videos for funded startups: the hero film for your homepage and launch posts, and the shorter cuts for every channel. Product UI, motion design and generative AI, directed by senior designers who work on brand and product every day.
On launch day, the film is what people share, what sits at the top of the homepage and what investors forward. It has to explain a product nobody has used yet, quickly enough that the viewer stays to the end, and look like your brand rather than like the tool that generated it.
Launch videos usually miss in one of two ways: a feature list read over stock footage, or a beautiful film that never shows the product. We build the film around one idea the viewer should leave with, then show the product doing it.
For Promethee, a desktop app that turns deep-work sessions into XP and a leaderboard, the film opens on a question gamers know ("You've probably spent hours leveling up a character. What if this time that character was you?"), names the product at ten seconds, then plays the product in use. For RockFi Intelligence, the AI platform of the Paris wealth-management fintech RockFi, there is no voiceover at all: 53 seconds of picture and music, a register that suits an audience of private bankers. For the InCard rebrand, a short voiceover speaks to the e-commerce businesses InCard serves, then the new identity runs to music.
We design launch films with the product, not around it: interface shots are redesigned so they read at video speed (for Promethee we first rebuilt the design system from the product's codebase), and the production method is chosen shot by shot, from motion design to generative AI. The full method is in our product launch video blueprint. The Promethee and RockFi films were produced by our AI creative studio, which also makes brand films and ad campaigns.
What a launch video project includes
One idea, a hook in the first seconds, the product named early, and an ending the viewer remembers. Written with the founders before a single frame is made.
Interface screens redesigned to read at video speed: larger type, fewer elements, real states of the product.
Motion design, product UI animation and generative AI shots, chosen scene by scene and finished by a director.
The hero film, then shorter and vertical versions for X, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, ads and the investor update, with captions for silent autoplay.
The film uses your real design system, not a lookalike.
No brief to re-explain to a separate video vendor.
We design the interface shots for video, so the product carries the film.
Not stock footage, not a feature list.
Script, production and cutdowns planned backwards from launch day.
We schedule the film to be ready before the launch posts go out.

Notez-Nous chose Brand Appart to lead our rebranding project, including a full website and platform redesign. The boost in credibility has significantly improved our ability to close deals
We'd seen other agencies lock everything down two rounds of feedback, then pay more. With Brand Appart, the flexibility was real. That's why we chose them. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The rebranding landed exactly where we wanted it to, and the feedback we've gotten externally has been overwhelmingly positive. We're a demanding team, with moving targets and tight timelines. It still went well. That says a lot.
We knew Brand Appart's work before reaching out the creativity was obvious. And the final result delivered exactly that. The team adapted to how we work: fast, informal, no unnecessary calls. That made the whole collaboration genuinely smooth. What stood out most was the quality of the output. When we saw the new version, the whole team was back in love with the project. That kind of energy is hard to manufacture it just happened naturally. We're very happy with what was built.
I’ve worked with Brand Appart on multiple projects website development, landing pages for branding, and PowerPoint presentations. I love how flexible, fast, and professional the team is. That speed and agility are exactly what we needed at Ircam Amplify.
We had a family brand that hadn't evolved since 2013. Handing it over to an external agency was a real leap of faith. What struck me most is that the team held their ground without ever steamrolling mine. I pushed back on certain directions early on. They stood firm, explained their choices, reassured me and looking back, they were right. Feedback is well received, adjustments are fast, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys working on the project. That makes all the difference. We're now moving into a year-long collaboration.
