Where pets bring people together.
Pet-sitting today is dominated by transactional platforms, fast, optimized, and stripped of human contact. Nomador stands on the opposite side: a community where owners and travelers exchange homes, care, and trust around their animals.
After ten years, the brand existed in usage but barely on the surface, too vague to run a campaign, a flyer, or a landing page. The challenge was clear: make a warm, sincere brand feel credible and memorable, without ever betraying a loyal, mature community attached to its history.
Ten years of usage, zero surface. The brand couldn't carry a campaign, a flyer or a landing page on its own.
Feel sincere and human in a category racing towards transactional coldness, without becoming naive.
A loyal, mature member base attached to its history. Evolution had to feel like recognition, not replacement.
Brand Appart partnered with Nomador to sharpen its positioning and build a brand identity that finally matches what the platform already lives. We had to clarify the promise, warm up the look, and reassure long-time members at once.

The identity puts animals back at the heart of the brand and keeps a visual echo of its history. Warm but composed, distinctive yet scalable, a system built to grow into new community services without losing its soul.

The identity extends into the real world, campaign, social and product touchpoints, turning a simple service into a lasting circle of trust, and a system ready to grow into new community services.

What started as a three-month brand sprint in 2025 became a year-long collaboration covering activation and product design. Nomador came out of it with a system it can keep extending, one that grows into new community services without losing what its members recognise.
We had a family brand that hadn't evolved since 2013. Handing it over to an external agency was a real leap of faith. What struck me most is that the team held their ground without ever steamrolling mine. I pushed back on certain directions early on. They stood firm, explained their choices, reassured me and looking back, they were right. Feedback is well received, adjustments are fast, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys working on the project. That makes all the difference. We're now moving into a year-long collaboration.
